Quincy Minister Drops Dead

Rev. Louis Zahn, pastor of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, died

suddenly of paralysis of the heart at Quincy. He was delivering an address at

the corner stone laying of St. Jacobi new school, when he sank to the platform

and expired in the presence of 2,000 people. Deceased was born in Germany, and

came to this country in 1866. He formerly preached at Nokomis and Secori_,

coming to Quincy nine years ago. He leaves a widow and one daughter.
