Thomas had been in the hospital for 14 days. He was a resident of Lynn Haven, Bay County, Florida. The cause of death was Hypostatic pneumonia and Cardiac decompensation. Thomas FRAME was 81 years old at the time of his death. His wife was Irene E. FRAME.

Know all men by these presents that I Owen Hughes in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars to me in hand paid have granted bargained and sold to Morgan G. Frame the South West quarter of the South West quarter of section thirty six in Township two south and range five west of the fourth principle meridian to have and to hold the said tract of land with the tenements and hereditaments to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said Morgan G. Frame his heirs executors and administrators the title to the said tract of land to the said Morgan G. Frame his heirs and assigns do and will forever warrant and defend against the lawful claims of all persons whatever. This indenture made this 23d of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty four by and between Morgan G. Frame of the first part and John Dale of the second part both of the County of Adams alias Marquette of the state of Illinois. Witnesses that the said Morgan G. Frame party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged has Granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain  sell and convey unto the said John Dale to his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract of land known and described as follows viz the south west quarter of the south west quarter  of section thirty six in township two south and range five west of the fourth principal meridian situated in the county and state aforesaid to have and to hold the said bargained premises with all the appurtenances there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the only proper  use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever and the said party of the first part covenant with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that he is lawfully seized in fee of the said premises and has good right to sell and convey the same in manner said aforesaid that they are free of all encumbrance and the title thereof to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever will forever warrant and defend by these presents in witness the said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written.  signed Morgan G. Frame and Mary his wife for and in the consideration of the sum of Six hundred dollars to them in hand paid the receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said Peter Grovendunk his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land situated and being in the county of Adams and state of Illinois to whit: the south east quarter of the quarter of the northwest quarter of section two containing thirty nine 75/100, in township three south of base line of range five west of the fourth principal meridian. Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to have against the claim or claim of all and every person whosoever do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. Frame, born in St, Joseph, in the State of (?), aged 24 years and five months, and by occupation a laborer, do hereby acknowledge to have voluntarily enlisted, this second day of October, 1882, as a soldier in the Army of the United States of America, for the period of five years, unless sooner discharged by proper authority: And do also agree to accept from the United States such bounty, pay, rations and clothing as are or may be established by law. And I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the United States of America and that I will serve them honestly and faithfully against all their enemies whomsoever; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States, and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to the Rules and Articles of War.  signed Thomas M. I hereby certify that I joined in the holy state of matrimony Mr. Morgan G. Frame and Mrs. Eliza Perrigo on the 12th day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-seven. 

This is to certify the rite of matrimony was celebrated between Morgan G. Frame and Mrs. Mary Hedrick this 6th day of April 1845.
 Frame Family History
The Frame family came from England to Amesbury, MA, then to PA, then to VA, where Thomas Frame (b. 1773 in Bath, VA) was granted land for his service in the War of 1812 Two Frame brothers, Benjamin and Morgan G., settled in Adams county about 1836. 
Thomas M. Frame, a son of Morgan G. Frame, traveled to many states and was in several Indian wars from 1882 to 1887. Thomas married Irene Elizabeth Tankersly. The place of their marriage is unknown. One of their children, Leah Frame, was born on an Indian reservation in Oklahoma. 
Thomas M. Frame died in 1932 in Lynn Haven, FL.
