Davis Family

Lydia Russell was raised by the Davis family, her parents are unknown at this time. She had a brother, Ralph Russell, raised by the Childs family.

They were residents of Camp Point, Adams County from 1869-1878. They departed to Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, and Grant County, Oklahoma.

James Calvin Davis' parents were John and Elizabeth C Davis, from Thorn Grove, Knox County Tennessee, who came to Adams County in 1850. Their children were James Calvin, George Thomas, Margaret E, Joseph S who married Mary Alice Frost, and Annie E Davis. The Davis family resided in Camp Point, Coatsburg and Honey Creek.

Isabel Dorothy Prettyman Davis' parents were Isaac Jacob Prettyman and Malinda N Durbin Prettyman, residents of Camp Point, Adams County, Illinois.
